John was awesome, our AC just stopped working. We got a referral for him and thankfully we did. He was able to be here next day. He found the problem, found that the part that needed repair is still covered under warranty. It was so awesome that he took the time to look up the serial number and find that out, saved us a significant amount of money. While he was waiting on the part to come in, he got our unit to the point where we could use it until he would be able to get the part. Which was great news as we all know how hot it can get in Texas in July. Once the part was in he came right over and got it installed and got us back up and working. He was very kind, fun to communicate and work with, and got the job done! I would like to say I hope we would never need to use his services again, but that isn’t reality. We will for sure be calling him for any future work, service and/or maintenance on our heating and AC. Thank you!
